What is My Reality Pro?My Reality Pro is an intereactive application that uses a photograph or image that has been linked to a video to reaveal exclusive content in a physical 3D environment also known as augmented reality. When you use the free My Reality Pro App to scan the photograph, the linked video will play on your smart device.

How does My Reality Pro work? The magic happens when our software analyzes the printed image by creating a mathematical model based on shapes, lines, proportions, colors and other elements. It then matches the model against images already in My Reality Pro's database. When a match is found what you see is a 3D, mapped digital video playing on top of your print, living in the physical world.
-
Who used My Reality Pro?My Reality Pro's service is used by professional photographers, publishers, and content creators. They use My Reality Pro, with their traditional printed images as a key, to ‘unlock’ a video that creates a more engaging experience.
-
How do I know what to scan?Make sure that the photo you’re trying to scan is My Reality Pro enabled. Our clients typically provide their customers app download instructions and some place the My Reality Pro icon towards the bottom of the actual image. Our app does not work on photos that are not in our database and does not scan any type of barcode. Make sure the photo you’re scanning is well lit and try to minimize any glare or shadows, and your Internet or wireless connection is working properly. If you’re scanning a photo and see the “loading video” pop up but no video appears, it’s typically due to a poor Internet connection.
-
How much does it cost? The charge will typically vary depending on the amount of images that you have activated. It is $10 per activated image and that image will be activated for 30 days. Once that 30 days is over you have a chance to continue to have that image up or you can choose not to. YOu can have as many images as you want activated, but each one will be charged separately.

I can't upload my imageSo you are getting this error message? Not a problem, this is an easy fix! For MacOS: 1. Open up finder 2. Find your image and open the file 3. In the upper left menu you are going to click 'tools' then 'adjust size' 4. Now you are going to locate what the current MB size is 5. Now you are going to have to do some math, but we believe in you! We generally just say to the smaller the better (but not too small!). We generally say the around 500kb-4.9MB is the happy place 6. Upload your image! Now your image is good to go and you should be able to upload. For Photoshop
